DORIAN VANHORENBEECK
Dorian Vanhorenbeeck is Belgian-Luxembourg Int. Architect , Designer & sculptor. He studied architecture and design at the Académie des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles /// Hochschule Mainz – University of Applied Sciences, sculpture among the companions and in various European formations and worked in more than 5 different countries and cities such as Paris, Lausanne, Brussels, Lyon, Valence, Luxembourg… Where he has received awards for his work. He also have worked in research at the University of Mainz in the field of robotics and algorithms. His creations are a mixture of ancestral know-how and the latest technologies.

2021 WOODBEE / Rhino Grasshopper
The tool can automatically detect different features (AFD) in the input geometry and suggest suitable milling strategy based on the given tool and machine type (3 axis to 6 axis machines). Once the tool path is generated it can be simulated in Rhino viewport in real time. After a successful simulation, the tool path can be converted to GCODE or KUKA command using the specified postprocessors.

Biber is a plug-in for Rhino-Grasshopper which enables parametric joinery. this plug-in was
developed in collaboration with university of applied science in Mainz, Germany.
2021 Robotic tool-path optimizer
Kuka|prc is a collection of grasshopper components which enables users to control the KUKA
robots parametrically. While you are able to solve inverse kinematics for different models of
robots and control the robot arms by setting up a predefined tool-path, you may not able to
avoid collisions if they arise during the simulation.
